We had a great day at the Blackwater Country Show! Lots of activities, fabulous weather (the showers avoided us narrowly) and a great bunch of people. We had the advantageous location up the bank on the lake with the boatbuilding competition happening next to us. Swiftboats displayed their items in the marquee while I had fitted out our vintage caravan with all my goodies.

At the end of the afternoon the crowds enjoyed cheering for the best team in the boat race (all boats build during the day with materials sponsored by Swiftboats). The Langenhoe Lions won narrowly but all teams put on a good show.
